At PowerBuild, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, simply return your items in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the original tags are intact and the garment is unwashed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
